Text EntriesBased on the same shape as (cat. no. 515), the body is divided into eight lobed sections. The foot is in octagonal in form with an edge coated in brown slip. The light blue glaze is crazed with uncolored crackles, which, under shown the rather transparent glaze, presents a cracked ice effect. The unframed underglaze-blue mark in three vertical rows was a common treatment for imitations of guan glazed ware during the period.
