當代曾佑和《椧翼朥晔》圖

In my painting, I have Chinese line, triangle, square and crescent forms implemented on the picture plane, to achieve the shatter body and deduct form theory. Mine is closer to the artscience of Cezanne and Klee who analyze the function of lines and forms in their painting interpretation. I found forms, lines and dots in China handled as the beat and rhythm in music and poetry.... Colors and shading supplement the personal spirituality.

Born in Beijing, Tseng Yuho (also known as Betty Ecke) Tseng earned a PhD in Art History from New York University in 1972. She exhibited with C.C. Wang (see the second painting in the wall case to the right), among others, at the San Francisco Museum of Art and the Pacific Heritage Museum.
