Text EntriesEmily Eden notes that “Raja Heera Singh, who is here represented, was a marked personal favourite of Runjeet [Ranjit] Singh, and was admitted to sit in his presence, when that favor was denied to the other courtiers.” Rich silk garments, jewelry of gold and precious stones, and handsome weapons bedeck the young nobleman, creating a proud and dashing impression.
